Art & Craft Academy

The Art and Craft Academy is an exciting new range of highly engaging instruction DVD’s featuring artists and crafters from a wide range of popular disciplines - from drawing and painting through to beading, scrapbooking, quilting and more.

The introductory DVDs each consist of over an hour of first-class tuition and example projects, designed specifically to engage the beginner and ensure that they are producing something tangible and rewarding - quickly. There’s no better way to encourage people!

The approach is thorough and explanatory. It’s not just ‘tricks’ but well-presented and informative information on the why as well as the how. These will be followed by programmes for more advanced artists and crafters dealing with particular genres, styles and techniques, e.g. painting wildlife or bracelet beading.

CALL FOR CONTRIBUTORS

Introductory beading, scrapbooking, cardmaking and watercolour programmes are in production right now, but we’d like to hear from skilled and experienced artists and crafters who feel they could present similar programmes. We’d particularly like to hear from people involved quilting, as well as watercolour, acrylic oil and pastel artists with specific specialities such as seascapes, portraits etc.

We’re looking for presentable people with a clear spoken style combined with a warm, personable approach and ideally (although not necessarily) experience in tuition, whether formal or otherwise.
